Adam Welch of the national trailer hockey league has been fined in the amount of one mini-hockey stick for his actions on Wed. Night.  Following a mental lapse during a game against Vito, Welch broke his stick over the cross bar.  These actions are not tolerated and will continue to be punished to the full extent.
